Almost perfect with the exception of the shuttle driver on the last day of departure.

What guests loved:

Staff were professional and friendly. The view was majestic. The location was exceptional and truly Royal.

Areas for improvement:

The shuttle driver was rude and left me in the vehicle without turning on the air conditioning which made me very uncomfortable.
